Decent soundtrack, at leastgrosely_clerxJuly 12 2006, 13:55:24 UTC
To listen to the commentary track, Snipes had a HEAVY hand in the creation of Trinity. His rescue scene early on (complete with Parker Posey's ridiculously over-the-top "Hannibal King!!") was supposed to end with Blade and Hannibal King exiting the interrogation room together, but Snipes wanted another cool walk in slow motion, and told Goyer to just figure out a way to make it work. There were several scenes like that, where scenes suffered so that Wesley could look cooler

I haven't been able to watch the commentary track since it hasn't exactly been huge on my movie-priority list. Goyer wrote the first 2 Blade movies, Dark City, and Batman Begins. All 4 are movies I really enjoy. The only thing I can think of is that he directed Blade III.
He's also writing "The Flash", and "Captain America" and is set to direct "The Flash." Hopefully he'll have learned something about directing by the time Barry Allen hits the ground running ( :) ), and hopefully the Cap story will be one-third as good as Batman Begins. He's also writing the Batman Begins sequel, which he claims he envisions as a trilogy. Well isn't everything these days?
