You know, I just had a thought. Professor River Song apparently knew the Tenth Doctor from the future...but if he is regenerating and she said she had never seen him looking so young...aren't they just messing with continuity there.

It's pretty clear that "her Doctor" was a future incarnation.... Still, she might have met up with Ten sometime between the coming specials...
