I have all but quit gaming. The group I play with offends me in and out of character. I wasted a lot of time at the gaming table (But not all the time I spent there). Instead, I use gaming to enhance my life. Every task I need to to in real life is assigned a point value. If I do it, I get points. Pretty soon I'll be able to buy up my HT.
Anywho, I am gladdened to here that you are contented, and that you enjoy your job! The rest is just details, eh?
Should you schedule a time to beta test, I would surely attempt to swing by and cast critical eye, though I am less skilled at tourney than at ongoing games.
You should come to Monday game night at my place! If you're interested I can see if folks would be willing to do play tests for you instead of the traditional board and card games. ;)

For me the easiest method for losing weight was just cutting down on my portions and eating with regularity. Here the meal schedule is, Breakfast-small, Lunch-Large, Dinner-small/medium. Which might have something to do with it, but I do prefer to have my extensive meal in the evening still. I used to forego eating for long periods then tended to gorge myself, which wasn't working. Also just walking places can help a ton too. I would try and do the evening exercise regiment too, but for me it was often so easy I wouldn't bother. I still can't keep up on the exercises I do to keep my hips strong enough that I don't injure my knee further, and that has a far more immediate and painful consequence if ignored.
