I estimate I've probably accumulated a total six years of sleep debt.
That would mean, of course, that I'd have to be around twenty-four years old and to have never slept in my entire life.

But it's possible.

There was this Doctor on Sunrise the same morning Vanessa was first interviewed on it the other month, and he was saying that if you have maybe 8 hours sleep debt, you can catch it up with just two or so hours. You need to catch up on lost sleep but you don't need to equal hour for hour. So good luck with that. =/
