Fast Airplane

Ah, zooming back in on schedule is a fast airplane.  What's kind of funny is that I used to fold a paper airplane shaped almost exactly like this back in grade school.  The only difference is that I'd start with letter sized (8.5" x 11") sheet of paper.  The extra folding at the front of the plane help move the center of gravity forwards, which is ( Read more... )

I actually won a "longest duration flight" contest in my high school with a paper airplane I made.

That's pretty much exactly what I did. However; before folding in half, put some extra "rolls" on what will be the leading edge - it brings the weight forward. A quick google found a plan for such a plane....
