I find it amusing that when terrible events such as natural disasters, diseases, etc strike the world at large the evengelical community calls it a sign from God. The heathens are being purged, AIDS is the counter to unnatural gays and the heavens have opened up to show us how wrong the world is

Wasn't that Minnesota? I think God punishes closeted gays (for hypocrisy, of course, not homosexuality) with passive aggressiveness, in that case.
