She wants to sell, but might end up renting to the couple in question when they move in for a few months while their paperwork is reviewed (complicated situation).

Yea, we do. If you come over, I can show it to you! It is really small and dirty, I wouldn't recommend spending more than 6 minutes up there (it is also cold!)

Ideally, my mom wants to sell soon but would prefer to move after we go on vacation. The plan is she moves down, buys a place and then lives with me until she moves into the new place, keeping most of her shit in storage. She doesn't have a new place yet but she will when I am done with her.

Nothing so far. Nate and I are supposed to hang out either Friday or Saturday. I was thinking about going into State College and just seeing what is at some of the bars, maybe hit a few of the places I used to (Brewery, Phyrst, Shandygaff, the Saloon, etc...). Just for some shits and giggles. Plus, without the students, those places won't be annoying!
