I know I don't use this much anymore. I just haven't had anything really to say for a while, and while my day to day activities may be interesting to me...but they really aren't...I'm pretty sure that they are pretty boring...work, play, sleep repeat ( Read more... )

HDTV rocks my socks. I got a 26" LCD HDTV as well about a month and a half ago, and I had waffled about returning it until the HDTV box from rogers came in the mail and I was completely blow away. It's awesome. And LOST does look great. :-)

I've sorta gone back and forth on it...my 6800GS is performing nicely, and if I'm going to get another one, I think I'm going to head towards the 7900 GTX...

Thanks for checking though! :)

Yeah, HDTV...I was pretty much blown away. I had seen a demo when I was in Vancouver, and it was very nice, but there's something about seeing it in your house heh. Now, I just got to hook up a surround system with it...without competing with my computer one hehe.

So far, I've done very little HD TV watching, because of major purchase number 2 heh...but what little I checked out is mind blowing. I can't wait until Friday night when I can see the Sens play in HD! That's going to rock the proverbial socks.

Yes, I'm still alive...although noone's going to see me for awhile. I've got some PS3 goodness to play with.

And you're right about the drool factor. This thing is so intense and fantabulous, I can't even describe the features. The wireless controls...amazing. Controls the whole box, including powering down the unit. The games are absolutely stunning.

Just a tip though...anyone considering buying one who has an available HDMI input on their TV...spring for the HDMI cable. All the PS3 ships with is standard RCA (Really Crappy Audio/Video) cables.

Back to the games :)
