I tried to pay my bill last night. Apparently, at 9:01 by their clock. Billing was closed. Sure enough, at 3:45am, they shut me off. Not open again until 7am. Yeah right. comcast is horrible.. ohhhhhhhhhh do not get me started on that :) we have had them do that to us as well.. and then they said i would have to pay at a pay center.. they used to have one in brighton which is now closed, so they said that a party store takes payments, the store was closed for remodeling.. next stop ( they said ) was a 7-11 in novi.. yep, you guessed it, they stopped taking payments 6 months prior.. so what did we do ? we had to drive all the way into ann arbor to pay the bill.. 60.00 in gas, which we couldnt afford, and 2 months worth in bills.. oh yeah.. i just LOVE comcast !!!!
