I think my computer just fried its motherboard. This would be the seventh time, I think?

Nothing, as near as I can tell! It's the same shitty problem i've been having since I got the tower, where it just up and fries the motherboard about every six months.

does it POST? You've had nothing but bad luck with this one.... try switching to a different mobo if they let you?

Nope, no post. And i'm way past warranty, so anything I do I have to pay for. If I get that job I put in for I'm just gonna out and buy a new machine. If not I'll have to get this one repaired.

That's a lot of motherboards.

I can't help wonder what the hell I'm doing right? Probably frequent living in sub zero rooms... Temp never gets high enough to fry!
