Went for another run. Felt much better than other times, in terms of stamina. Sprinted at the very end to shave seconds, but it wasn't enough. Its also tough in the snow, since I always slip. I can't wait for the thaw. Anyway, I did some pushups, regular and knee-with-bag-o-rocks, as well as bag-o-rocks lunges. I need to get into a real routine,
