I go to work and return home to discover that my keys to the lobby/mail/upstairs is missing.

Then when I am looking for that... MY NEW MOP IS GONE TOO. Holy fuck. What the hell?

Not sure about your keys, but I can almost guarantee that your mop is upstairs in the new apartment (or taken to Grandma's to clean up there). I hope they bring it back, but it prolly won't be in a condition you'd want it back in.
