Her eyes were dark and piercing.

I can see ghosts. Not like the traditional way one can see ghosts in films or the way they CLAIM on reality shows. I can just see them. If there's a ghost in a space, I can see it. I can sense if it's a friendly or unfriendly spectre. I don't have this happen often, but mostly because there are less ghosts in the world then people think. I ( Read more... )

when I was doing a talk_show, way back in the day, I met a woman (and yes, we did eventually meet) who had this same ability to see ghosts when they were there. If this is of any interest, the link to the pertinent part of the interview is HERE. I wonder if she knows I just linked someone new to her interview!h

We were wondering about Yankee Stadium and the "Ghosts of the Bambino" and all that jazz, but then the Yankees won when they opened the new place in 2009, so everyone agreed, they all just moved across the street! Still, they haven't won since, so maybe there isn't as much power in the new location? Hard to know!

That was an interesting read. I can't say I've ever conversated with a ghost/spirit/lost soul. Not in the traditional way at least. Maybe the best way to describe is like knowing what an animal is communicating, even if it's more complicated then food or walkies or a pet.

I found it more intriguing the being alone/lonely and how they don't correspond as emotional rules.

What a spooky adventure! I am not sure whether ghosts exists and I haven't ever experienced anything like this before, so this was super cool to read about . I loved the second photograph more , it gives that feeling that you spoke about here. And it actually includes both the prompts , so kudos!

This is the least of spooky adventures.

I've been in an abandoned prison too. No spirits, but a deep foreboding evil permeated.

Thanks for the kudos.

Anything having to do with older insane asylums scares the shit out of me. And if there were ghosts, I'd cry.

Good job of describing the ghost you encountered.

Been to a fair share of insane asylums. Some of them even more insane then this one. Including one on Staten Island that was run by nuns. Pretty sure we came across a dead body in the snow there. We didn't check but we found a voodoo practice near the very human like lump.

Thanks for the compliments.

I've never seen a ghost but as was written in an earlier entry for Idol I did have an experience that was the attempt by someone who had just passed to contact me. This was creepy and I hope you only see benevolent ghosts.

I've sensed and seen evil actually. Evil is as scared of me as I am of it. My soul has a dark side and I accept this. It is a strength of my character, not a sign of me being evil... just being able to overcome it and defeat it.

An unnerving experience, to be certain. The photos were a bonus. All that graffiti changes the tone of a place...

Glad you liked the photos.

Unnerving isn't a concept. Intriguing, an learning experience, adding to my container of life, yes. It takes a lot to unnerve me. Spirits aren't it.
