Opening night (and after party) is this thursday (April 3rd).

I'm going to buy tickets this evening, so if you get in before 5:30, you get a ticket.
Otherwise, you're on your own.

Show starts at 6:30pm.

Damn. I would, but I have to give a talk at 9am the next day, for which I am as yet unprepared, and I have a hard enough time getting up early as it is.

Indeed we did!

Facebook mostly bores me to tears. But then, I don't partcipate in 95% of lj memes, and that seems to be mainly what facebook is. Plus, I'm an old man (in internet time, anyway) and I just don't "get" sites like facebook.

But getting back on topic, 'twas nice to meet you again (properly this time). :)

Aw, well facebook and i have had an enjoyable affair, but lj is totally my internet wife ;). I like memes, but facebook is waaay more annoying than lj! I like that lj is more interactive & requires more effort.

But facebook is mighty good for keeping up with all the people who won't use lj (though the amount of ppl from my past [mostly from school] that have found me is ridiculous :/). So i totally understand you not getting it, it's mostly confusing and full fo stupid (like life & most of humanity :p).

And you. Hopefully next time there will be coffee after the movie so we can chat and meet properly! ^-^

And yes, it's useful for stalkingkeeping track of people. It's just weird when I have people from different (previously compartmentalised) sections of my life on there. :P

I've been on lj since before my daughter was born though, so I'm just used to it. Facebook won't give me anywhere near the number of random links and updates on friends' lives.

Coffee would definitely have been good. I would have suggested it, but I was in shock at seeing both of the buses I could catch home being there at the same time. ;)
