Quite a nasty looking storm in progress.

It's not right that I'm stuck in this little airconditioned room, rather than out enjoying the storm.

Also, I kinda wish I hadn't left the windows open. I hope nothing gets too badly soaked.

Randomly, things you don't want to hear from a webhosting company: "The datacentre is prone to leaking."

I sat myself in the window at the shop and watched Water Street become Watery St. It was very dramatic, the radio kept cutting out, and it was just me and the rain, since no damn fool was randy enough to brave the storm and come visit me. I really did want to go play in it, and the great open front door, displaying an abandoned Valley, certainly didn't help.

At least you could see outside. I had to look through sixth floor windows.

I really should come and visit you at work someday. I keep forgetting you're just down the road.

Put those two thoughts together and go play in the leaking datacentre. :P

It was a nasty storm. My uncle got hit on the head by a fallen tree (he's okay, just has a bump) and my other aunt and uncle had their windows smashed and water all through the house. Yay. I hope you didn't get too much water in.

Ouch. Glad to hear everyone is ok.

Amazingly, not a drop got in the windows I left open, despite being on three sides of the house. I don't think any rain hit the windows on the other side, either.
