I made the motion at Council that I needed to find Billy as he had had an interaction with El. Because of El's status and Billy's past it was agreed to send out the hunters.
I watch Rhys suffer and can take it no longer. I step out of the ether and take 'lijah by the arm, "Listen te hem 'lijah! Ye naw safe come!"
Pulling him into the ether with me I take him far from Rhys. We are in my den, my safe place away from the world. No one will find us here. 'lijah is safe now.
I turn to him as my fangs slip back into my gums and the remains of the fresh blood on them slips to my tongue, "Ye are safe naw mah loov."
Too soon I am yanked away from Rhys and I stand looking at Billy. His words ringing dangerously familiar in my ears. Amongst my confusion I take in the smell of blood, fresh blood. Oh my god, Orli!
I pull away from him, moving as far as I can get till my back hits a wall. "What have you done Billy?! Where is Orli? Let me go back to Rhys! He needs me!" I try to leave via the ether and only feel a faint shimmer of it inside me. What the fuck?!
He has me trapped. This was his plan, he fooled all of us, even Rhys. What a damn idiot I am.
I back away from him more along the wall. I try to call for Dan in my head but I can't feel him. "Yeah well that was stupid of me wasn't it Billy?" I now fear for what he has done with Orli. I'm so fucking stupid. "What have you done with Orli, where is he?"
As soon as El and Billy disappear I can breath... I can remember - Billy! That bastard! How the hell could he have made me say those things! I was letting him touch El!!
I jump up and start to run toward the house all the while calling for Devon and Dan! That bastards got my El! I can see them on the balcony then they turn and rush inside.
Something is wrong. I take the steps two at a time. Once on the balcony I see what has their attention - Orli. He's laid out on the sofa, blood dry on his neck... oh no no Orli!
I rush to him but Dan grabs my arm and starts his growling, but I call to Orli, "Come on Orli please!"
His eyelids flutter and I send up a silent thank you for his life. Only then do I turn to Dan, "He has him, Billy has El."
"Gee tell me something I haven't already figured out Rhys!" I grab a hold of Rhys by the arm and shake him. "Where the hell did he take him?!" I know he doesn't have an answer for me but I'm panicking. I can't feel Elijah and I've always been able to feel him. I don't know what that means and I am scared. I know he can't be at the place we found Billy earlier, that was just some doss house.
"If anything's happened to him Rhys I'll fucking skin you alive!" I let go of him in disgust, this is all his fault, and I turn on Devon. "You can't feel him either can you? How the fuck are we supposed to find him?! What the fuck are we supposed to do?!"
I listen to them and watch them, but I feel almost like I'm outside myself. I remember Billy grabbing me and - I touch my neck and feel the blood. I don't understand...
Dan is raving about no being able to feel Elijah and Devon is doing something with his eyes closed and his hands on his chest... I look at Rhys and he looks so broken.
I sit up and look at them, "I can feel Billy. At least I think I can. I can't really say where he is but I feel a point that he occupies."
Not understanding why or how I decide if I can help Elijah I'll deal with whatever this is later.
I shove Dan out of the way and grab a hold of Orli's face. He looks up at me and I don't even bother warning him, I just make the connection. "Think about it really hard Orli."
I put my other hand back and grab a hold of Dan. "Grab Dan's arm now Rhys!" I'm going whether he's listened or not. I draw Orli in and let him fill me and in a flash we are somewhere else.
I let go of him and he falls back stunned. I glance past him. "Where the fuck are we?"
I look at him and I don't know who I am seeing. How long was he under Billy's control. How much of us is even real, him finding me, what I was willing to do... what does that make me. Oh god, our wedding, not our fucking wedding! The thought of that just breaks me.
I pull away from him. "I can't do this Rhys. I don't know where the lie begins or ends. I just can't do it. I can't..." I pull off my ring and drop it on the floor. "I don't even know if this was real." I can't even look up at him as I move through the ether and back to my house in England.
I fall to my knees and scoop up his ring. I can't feel him anymore - the connection... it's gone. My heart ripped out I see the tears hit my hand and his ring. "Pet, no Pet..."
Clutching the ring to my chest I hang my head. It was real, the wedding, it was real Pet. I sob out my anguish not even realizing Devon has sat me on the sofa and is holding me till I leaning into him.
"I've lost him, oh God Devon I've lost him."
The pain is so intense. My heart feels like El has it clutched in ice cold fingers and is laughing. I don't want to live I can't live like this!
I scream out my pain as Devon holds me tight, "EL! Pet please I love you!!"
I am stunned at his reaction. I watch in horror as Rhys crumbles. Devon and Dan appear and Devon scoops Rhys up and is trying to comfort him. I look at Dan and nod before following El - somehow.
I open my eyes and find him collapsed on the floor sobbing just as Rhys is. I stomp over to him and holler, "Are you bloody mad!? You have a love so few ever experience AND you posses the power to confirm it yet you run!"
Hauling his up by his arm I snarl at him, "I own all of Billy's powers now! I own his bloody memory! He didn't even know you had married until recently! You've just destroyed the man you would and probably will doe for you!"
I smile as they hold each other. I watch as Shox, when did he get here, reaches for Devon's hand and Dan rolls his eyes. I laugh softly, but then I feel a pull... something almost electric from my core.
Dan must feel it as well since he is next to me holding my arm looking into my eyes. I shake my head, "I don't know what... someone though..."
Suddenly I ripped from Dan's gentle hold and slammed against the wall. I growl and push off the wall charging towards the figure now appearing.
I turn and my jaw drops, fear laces through my belly along with shock. What the fuck? My voice shows the utter surprise at seeing her standing there let alone a fucking vampire! "Amy?!"
Next thing I know there is an arm around her neck pulling her back and I see Dan's face full of business over her shoulder then the tip of a wooden stake erupts from the front of her chest and she screeches loudly.

Whether Dan and Devon stay or go with us I don't even notice, as all my attention is on El. Who even got us here I couldn't say.
