I still don't see how he can offically kick you out of Mad Cow when you haven't done anything horrible. You quit the play...it happens. That should be why he casts understudys for stuff like that. It's fucked up. I would fight it if I were you.

yeah something has to be done about this. he needs to respect that you had to choose between certain activities and classwork and work were more important. punishment is not right at all! especially this sort of thing. im with megan, fight it!

yeah, I mean you told him before practices even started, you didn't go in and decide right before production to quit. I could see him being a little pissed about that or if you were a theater major.

I'm not exactly sure what he's doing to you from your post, but what I would suggest is sitting down for a professional conversation. Be the bigger person, don't be quick to anger, or, anger at all. Express how you don't appreciate what he's doing, and etc.

You're still involved with Mad Cow, correct? Because I mean, he himself doesn't have any control over it. Terry is the FAPA supervisor for that club.

Mike has the potential to be QUITE unprofessional. All I can suggest is countering it with maturity and patience.

Believe me, I am planning on trying to talk to him a bit more proffesionally... And Terri as well.

As for being in Mad Cow still, that is thanks to the fighting of Dave. To be honest, Mike has requested me not to be in it, and no he has asked for at least me to bow out of a show. Granted I will do that... but it is only becuase I have had the balls to stay in theatre works when no one else has... Basically, I am the only one he can touch and becuase I love Mad Cow enough to take it... I have no choice...

Why would I oblige that request... Becuase I love Mad Cow. Whether or not we like it... Mad Cow is a part of the Theatre department and if we piss of Sev and Terri then we will be stranded in the water fighting for ourselves. Of course, we would not mind this so much but there are times we need the help of Theatre... I have to bow out to ensure that there is no ill will between the two.
