Actually both of the other singers are really good.

The guy that did Cartman usually sings really well, but I don't think he was really serious about being the competition. He's got a fantastic voice, though.

The other guy, Spencer, also has a great voice, but it's just not good for anything current. He does AC/DC and the like amazingly, though. Just think of a screaming hair band from the 80's (Whitesnake, Def Leppard, etc.) and you can probably imagine how he usually sounds (and looks).
