Epublishing blues

I am struggling to convert my novel 'Fourfold' into epub form so that I might start selling it online. lulu.com has some decent resources, but this is going to take a bit of time to decipher. They've got a service on the site that will do the whole conversion shmear for like $200, but I'm far too cheap for that. Therefore, I struggle with .doc ( Read more... )

I don't know about epub, but it should be easy to put your novel into the Amazon Kindle bookstore as a .mobi by using the Mobipocket Creator, which is free online.

Fortunately I discovered that it's much better and easier to convert RTF files instead of PDF. This works better and is much less hassle. Now I'm trying to figure out how to master the Table of Contents editor on Sigil. It does vex me.

Finished up the epub conversion, now on to mobi. Hopefully the learning curve will be less.
