Is parsnip wine likely to be any good?

Wines made from random ingredients are, somehow, an exciting idea, but I'm not sure how well they would taste. I suppose if one were to try a few different bottles at once it might not matter all that much...

I had some my cousin's girlfriend made, a few years ago, and it was absolutely delicious. I have been wanting to learn to make it since. It tasted very sweet, and the parsnip was undetectable at first then after you'd swallowed it suddenly hit BANG as a parsnippy shot aftertaste. Quite bizarre, but lovely too.

I have been sipping at the sloe gin Ian and I made, which is supposed to be for Christmas. It is lovely and very purple.
