I have got to leave the biggest +1 one can ever hope to leave. I was one of said 'friends' and I said Holy shit a record number of times too. I must say, the first half made me uncomfortable, due to how completely gutted I felt towards what was happening to the protagonist, and then the film just came around and he started doing things about it. God damn I want to rock some more RP now.

I haven't liked a movie this hard since Children of Men and Serenity.

Cinematography was gorgeous, effects were good, loved the documentary touches, but the biggest thing was the naturalistic feel of it. The fact that it felt so real-life gave it a sense of danger and tension totally absent from most movies. I genuinely wondered if the main character might die, or if the 'villains' might win out.

Want to see it again ASAP.
