thanks to all my friends the support is well received.. as for work I have a lot of skills and to be honest if it paid well right now id take it..but to be honest i cant do backbreaking labour I have a bad neck and back..somes ok (hell i moved fat people on streachers ) just cant do it 8hours straight hospital jobs are good..I applied there today

Try the temp agencies. Adecco and Kelly between them kept me hopping fairly well, and a lot of their positions will segue into a permanent job. I know they were always desperate for people with forklift experience. Also, Manpower is good. They found me a job too late (I already had another one), but they had lots of options open.
