Thoroughly bemused!
I thought to myself, as anyone would, that this would be a good place to meet like-minded individuals. So I went on a bit of a search. What I hadn't taken into account was how much was actually out there. Then when you find someone that fits the bill you have to trudge through God knows how many entries to build up an impression of the person.

I'm cruising around the "Ireland" pages of livejournal because I am a lover of most things irish...especially Ireland herself. I've been only once and imagine myself in a cottage in Dingle one day...doing what, I do not know! Perhaps I'm old and gray in this scenario...
or maybe I'm a writer who lives in, oh I dunno, three homes throughout the year! Hmmm...one in Southern California, one in Dingle and ... maybe a tiny flat in Italy somewhere! Of course, I'll also have a condo share in northern California because it's so lovely there. Okay, I'm done.
