Hot. So unbearably hot. Stifling even. I feel as though I cannot breathe.

I need to stop clicking that button just to see. Each haiku is better than the last. This was totally appropriate for how I've felt lately.

Which, go figure, since it comes from my entries.

Two for Tuesday:

My neck is so stiff I feel as though I can barely move. It's ridiculous. Not to mention painful.

I'm thinking about making some sangria today. A while back we were given a huge magnum of merlot and I need to do something with it.

Anyone have a good recipe they want to share?

I have the distinct desire to go thrifting and vintage shopping. Looking at other people's vintage finds is making me restless. I need to start going to flea markets so I can pick up vintagey things to do crafty things with paper. I am itching to create beautiful things but I am feeling bogged down by the everyday.

Sometimes I weep at how boring and mundane my life seems. I don't miss drama, but I certainly miss adventure. I need to find a way to create something special in the everyday.

Any suggestions?

Happy Summer Solstice everyone. I haven't updated in a while, there's not much to write about other than frustrating delays in home renovations and no one needs to read those particular rantings. I'm having a really lousy afternoon. Just not in the mood to deal with anything. I hate my hair, I hate my body, I feel ugly and unloved. You'd think it was Princess Time, but that's still a couple weeks away. I'm still just as cranky and put out about stuff though. I'm broken.

I think I need many drinks and a slutty cheeseburger.

I need this book!
