Mou... aren't these usually supposed to be 8 random things people don't know about you already? XDD But then, I guess I usually run into the same sort of problem when posting these memes - there aren't many things about me that you and Lisa don't already know. ^.^;;;;;
Ah, the Perrier army. Good times, my friend. Good times. ^_^;; Also your reaction to the sun, which is still hysterical. I ♥ sunlight~!!!
And yay for Seattle! Glad that you had a good time there - what sent you that far north? Something good, I hope! ^.^
But imouto-chan, this is my fandom journal (small though it is) so you and Lisa are basically the only ones who knows RL details about me. :P Hmmm, but if you want - you could ask about something you don't know and I'll tell you.
And hey, no allergic (vampiric) reaction to sunlight on the drive across country this time - I wore a sweater to cover my arms and turned up the AC. XD
And I was tagging along on a business trip of my dad's to Seattle, that's why the mini-vacation.
haha, you'd probably have a hard time coming up with something I don't know anyway. XD We ARE the same person after all!! Just one will be in a snowy place for med school and the other will be in a hot place. WTF IS WITH THAT. The gods are laughing at us. D=
1. I am a Starbucks addict. While I was in Seattle, the highlight of my trip was visiting the first Starbucks store (est. 1912!!). I even collect Starbucks bears - I got two in Seattle, one is a Seattle bear they only sell there and one is a first Starbucks store bear that the only sell in that store. SQUEEE!
i respect and admire your coffee addiction. i like starbucks too. but i like caribou coffee more. shh. don't tell.
5. I'll be starting medical school in August. *grins* Woohoo! This is something I've been working for since kindergarten. ^_^
that is awesome! congratulations, babe! *hugs*
6. I absolutely adore my sister, but sometimes I don't understand how we come from the same gene pool. My dad calls me the older younger sister - technically I'm the younger and she's the older but she and I often seem the opposite. I can be very protective of her, I worry about her, and I'm a sap for her puppy eyes.
aww, that's so cool. *jealous* what is the age difference between you and your sister?
My sister and I are four and half years apart. When we were little, it was of course easy to tell who was the younger. But now that we're older and people judge by our behavior and interaction, they think she's the younger. *pets sister's silly hair*
1. I was in a Starbucks once. For about five minutes. *has stuff in common with you*
2. Same! Although I amalso both shy and antisocial. As I'm sure is very obvious from my LJ. *nods*
3. Yay! Someone asked me to write a "Teach Yourself Elvish" book once, but I had to decline, as it would have required me to, uh, teach myself Elvish. I already learned Welsh and Finnish once, couldn't be bothered to do it again.
4. ...I don't know what Crispex is. *shame*
5. Congrats! Hope you have a blast :D.
6. My brother and I also have a weird relationship, but not so much with the role-switching.
7. Cool! *does the fence-jumping Lindy-hop*
8. I have similar feelings. *shoots sun with rock salt*
Starbucks is the nectar of the gods - though to be fair, my parents consciously set out to addict me to Starbucks so I suppose I understand that due to their influence, I may be an anomaly in my devotion XD. And Crispix is the best cereal ever - I go through boxes of the stuff!
