Vicbooks said our textbook would be in at the end of March.  Now they're saying April 7.  It is now week 6, half way through our course.  One of the other students in our paper mentioned that she got her textbook from Amazon.com.  Lo and behold, they have our textbook.  For $NZ73 cheaper than Vicbooks and it will probably arrive before Vicbooks get

Hmm I had definitly thought of getting them from amazon, but I never thought it would be cheaper! I got a message today saying that they have got another of my text books in, and I have two weeks to go and get it. I'm seriously considering going and looking at our reading schedual for the rest of the semester and weighing up if it is worth buying at this stage. And there is still another one left to come in, which they haven't given us a date for. Hey, you know who is editor of Salient right? We should see if he can publish an article on how fucking useless they are. Maybe student rebellion will do something. Unlikely, but at least it might be funny.
