Yeah, you can't really see the awesome shade of red it is. And my attempt at making the perfect chocolate buttercream didn't turn out so well, so I used canned. It's got mini-chocolate chips in it, so it's bumpy.

And just remember, I'm not Ina or Sandy Lee. So, yeah, the cake plate is messy, but I like it that way.
