Mini Frittatas

I made mini frittatas today. They came out rather well. I'm gonna freeze the rest for a quick and easy breakfast or lunch. Doesn't food look so much cuter when made in muffin pans?

OMG, BROCCOLI!!!! I want. ♥

God, reading the recipe is like smelling, tasting, SEEING them...YUM. Like woah. OMG, now I'm hungy and it's 11pm. Whaaa!!!

I wonder if we have any fries left that I could mix with the frozen broccoli in our fridge...

Found The Broccoli and now wait till it's done and the fries are nicely sitting in the ove. :P Late night yummy-ness!!!

I've decided to make thme for Easter Sunday as the main course. We weren't sure what to make (every year the same thing *headdesk*) but now you gave me the perfect meal. ♥

YAY! I'm glad your snack is almost ready!

Whoa! Wow! I hope they turn out for you. I didn't have a problem with them sticking to the pan for me, but I used lots of no stick spray. So use that, or butter. :D Or just line your pan/s with cupcake papers! *hugs*
