Hard-boiled eggs

Yeah, so I made this recipe tonight. It was okay. Too much egg. It sat on top and cooked like eggs. I thought it was cheese. Blech. Luckily hubby didn't notice. He hates eggs.

Oh well, maybe next time.

Yeah, it was alright, but the whole egg thing just made me not like it.
