It appears that fuel cell (hydrogen/oxygen powered) vehicles are going to be a reality by the end of the year. Honda and GM are both testing pilot programs in various locations (Honda in Southern California, GM in La, NY, and DC. Sadly, right now the only fueling prospects for these cars look to be trips back to the dealership, and inefficient
