soooo i completely forgot to put up my pictures from the tournament in Bristol, so those are included in this entry. also included are pictures from tonight. me Karen and Nina dominated Pats car like pros. although i wasn't excatly expecting the retaliation that recieved. that being my house getting toilet papered. it happens...

The Subject of RICE

RICE = Rest Ice Compression(?) Elevation
It's what you do for a sprained or pulled muscle to help acheive maximum healing results in the shortest amount of time.
In her picture, Lori is completeing the last step of RICE (the elevation). From this we can learn that something is wrong with one of her legs, though by the way shes lounging it does not look like either.

aaaactually i f'ed my toe up that weekend. it was all purple so i was keeping it elevated. but thank you Steven, for that lovely and thorough explanation.
