Interesting fact: if you peel the outside of a can of biscuits and leave it on the counter the dough will expand enough to pop the can.

I hope that's true. I hate popping canned biscuits. Apparently I had some sort of childhood biscuit trauma.

I was upstairs putting stuff in the dryer and couldn't figure out what the noise was - when I came down I discovered the biscuits were open. I don't know how generally this works, but it did this morning :-)
