i knew you'd understand, big sis. it's gonna be hard, but it was his time. we knew it for awhile now. we're gonna miss the little guy... and i know he was so intensely loved. thank you and hug your pasha and rufus from their auntie.

I just got a facebook message from a vet tech who was there when my baby died. It meant the world to me. He was surrounded by those who loved him and he'll be missed but the little guy is much happier. Hugs to your babies!

loria, i'm so, so sorry. i hope there's comfort to you in knowing that you gave him so much love and a very happy life, that he was well taken care of, and that you did your best to ease any pain he was in. he was lucky to have you, and as incredibly heartbreaking as this loss is (and this process has been), you did what needed to be done and set your friend free from pain. i hope that brings you some peace and comfort.
