Okay more than once I have said I will no longer use this journal to complain about my idiot subordinates. But today I am finding it very hard. What is so hard about I need your time sheet by 10am if you want to get paid for the hours that you have worked. It is times like this that I wonder if I should administer compentecy test to prospective

Tell your boss you need an online time tracking system so they don't have to worry about time cards & 17 different ways of reporting everyones time in a spreadsheet.
