So.......

I finally watched Interview With A Vampire recently.

It's amasing how they managed to remove what little interesting philosophy there was

from the film and leave naugh but the crap.

Interview With the Vampire: Composed entirely of Emo, Ghey, Suck and Fail.

I haven't read the book, but I blame that movie for the way people play Masquerade and Requiem.

I haven't read the book but I hated the movie too. It was just really dull.

It seemed to me that they took out everything but the undertones of homo eroticism.

I wouldn't call them undertones exactly. More like the running theme.

*sigh* It was yet another movie that completely obliterated the actual storyline and enjoyment from the book...

Like so many after it...

It was pretty accurate to the book to be fair. They just neglected the entire morality of victim choice bit. That was the sole redeeming factor of the book. Like I said, all that's left is the Emo, Ghey, Suck and Fail, which being Anne Rice, is a particularly sappy concoction of those componants.
