Mentoring
I am now mentoring.
I was 'asked' to do it. (more like 'I want you to mentor')
Still teaching my full caseload run of 12 schools with 5-7 of them every day, no car, rain,sleet,snow.
It's ALOT of work to do in addition to my day's routine.

Sorry for not keeping in touch. Been busy with moving across the country and settling into a new environment.
