As much I knew i shouldn't it is awefuly hard not to laugh at their drunken stagger around after they come out of anesthetic.
Did the vet give you the ridiculous advice of not lettin ghim lick the wound or trying to keep him quiet and still for a few days? I got told that with all of them, and of course, they are cats, they lick! bit hard to stop that, besides it is good for them as far as I am concerned...
our youngest wouldn't slow down in the slightest, even with three stitches... silly thing! and she managed to chew one out!

He's very very good at the "I hope you DIE horribly" looks, but in all actually he's a complete and total sweetie (when he wasn't marking something). The vet was totally in love with him because the whole time he was getting poked for his shots and blood work yesterday, not one sound came from him. All he did was a few plaintive "Can we go home now?" meows when we'd let him on the floor while we talked.
