today has been a good one so far. i set up my pieces this morning to be judged for the art show.
these pieces took forever to build. they stand just under 3 feet titled "head in the trees"(chris king i saw the trees you were talking about on your website and did my own stencil. thanks)
and here are the other ones i entered just for the hell of it
oh.....and here is a pic of my kids at work. these are the brats i take care of day in and day out. i love them and i hate them.
after class i went to my mom's. we took my 4 year old step-nephew robert to the park to play basketball, but instead i just threw the ball a million times and he ran after it to show off his running skills. the kid loves to run. my moms neighborhood was having their neighborhood garage sale so we hit up quite a few. i bought a lite brite for 2 bucks and 4 beer glasses for $1. not too shabby.
my mom and i discussed me moving into her garage once they are done fixing it up into another room. i'd have more space and would pretty much be living there rent free but just helping out with the bills. it's tempting....mainly b/c of the working hot tub and i won't have the step sibblings around(no offense to them or anything, they are just too loud)...but i have plenty of time till they finish remodeling, so we'll see.
