Is there really a difference? In the end it is one man or woman who makes the final decision on matters. Wither it be a King or Queen, or a President or Prime Minister, they are the ones to make the final choice. OOC: This is just a note from the Angel/Harmony/Angelus/Doyle mun. It's just to explain whats happening with the whole 'Angel Birthday Bash'. I'm going to post as Harmony on Angel's journal soul_honor on Sunday the 16th.

Just saying something like "Harmony walks into the hall completely decorated with balloons and streamers" then everyone can just reply to that post, bring their character to the party. Then once everyone is there. I'm going to have Harmony get Angel and thats when your all going to surprise him. Then it can just be a continuous thread from then on until it finishes.

Um, as long as it doesn't poop anywhere, but why would you want to bring a dog to a party?

Because she's just a puppy and he's not going to want to leave her alone for long. That and she'll be joining him at the office anyway while he's working. And she won't poop any where. She's a very good puppy.
