In a world of self-medicated zombie-soccer moms and their amphedimated kids, it's good to see someone who is cognitive of their emotions. It's easy to perceive our problems as eternal and catastrophic and the desire to feel numb towards those problems is uncontrollable. I don't pretend to feel anything when I read this because I cannot begin to fathom your complex level of emotion. However, your expression of your emotion gives me hope for the world. It is rare that someone looks pain in the eyes and walks away a better person and at the least they can say "today I lived my life
