This wont be any help at all, but im the same, just cant get to sleep before then! However I just make up for it by not getting up unless I really have too heh, not much use for a student.
That may be really annoying... :/ I've never been insomniac, so I don't know what could help you... maybe getting tired by doing something exhausting... sport ? running or something... ?
Well, I don't know what Germany would suggest. I suggest stop drinking coffee and tea after 5, go for a run or walk about an hour before you want to go to bed and don't do anything too exciting after that.
Hot milk and honey is supposed to help. It doesn't in my case, but people keep telling me to do that.
If anything fails, I could drop anvils on your head until you pass out.
Thanks for the advice, that sounds sensible and interesting. I'll def give it a try. I do sit on my bed a lot, so from now on I will try the chair! Lol. Generally I watch TV in bed, so maybe that's what's doing it??

Ew Hot milk and honey, I think that would make me sick. Please yeh anvils sounds good - bring them over!
