Ya know, it's often said that those closest to us are the ones that hurt us the most.

That is true. I think we've both learned that.

But when those bastards turn against us, you realize that there are so many close friends and family members that will be there to smooth things over. I think that's the lighter side of that situation that cynics don't like to talk about.

You're stronger than you think, love. Eres mi hija, and I know these two brownies didn't raise you without some tough skin.

You'll pull through. And all those people are watching after you, I'm watching after you, and you know that God's always got your back. You're an angel that took a wrong turn and ended up on this crazy earth. Anyone who can't seen your light and feel your warmth is not, in my humble opinion, worthy of it.
