so i don't post a lot but sometimes i just need to get things off my chest so here it goes.

college has been a really good experience i think.  i mean i learn something new each day and i'm living on my own so its also like a journey.  I love the campus, dorm, and city so i think that definately makes things good.  my classes aren't too bad i guess

the whole college-party scene is really tough. like i hate the college parties [although my school doesn't have anything really beyond frats and the occasional house parties, the latter not being too bad] but pretty much, i think it's not necessary, but...good to go out to a few parties beginning of freshman year just so you can see more people, cause after that you're gonna be with your group for a majority of the next 4 years. and i can't say for everyone, but in an environment where you don't really know anyone, it's typical to get drunk so you feel more comfortable. but 75% of those motherfuckers just get drunk cause it's the "cool thing to do" haha.

and yeah drinking games are really lame. i say this in retrospect cause thats all i used to do haha

i hope things get better! correction: i know things will get better but i hope it will soon!

thanx nora. yeah northeastern parties really aren't on campus because NUPD is a bitch so all of them are off campus and i don't know where. i also hope things get better.

go to parties, don't drink, and laugh at the drunk people acting stupid. also it's better to be sober so you can dodge flying vomit better.

Heh, Felix, I know what you mean. For a good while here I was SOOO much quieter then I normally was - people didn't pick up on my psychotic nature until week 2 or so, which was... surprising, for me.
As for me, I'd say I'm a pretty decently big partier, cause you know how I am. Buttttt I haven't touched a drop yet, and neither have a few of my other friends, and it works out really well. We laugh at our drunken friends, take a few embarrassing photos, help them walk back to the dorms( and not fall asleep on the sidewalk....), and monitor them when they start puking everywhere. And really, no one has pressured me about it or whatever, and I have a total blast. So relax, silly. And skip out on the silly games, hahaha.
