Jeremy and I got into a car accident last nite. We got rear ended really hard, flew into a pole, the other car flipped. We're all okay except for my shoulder which was sore last nite but now feels pretty stiff and crummy. The car is gone. So is hers. i am so relieved you are alive. get well soon and i hope that you get a new car out of this. make sure you report you shoulder even if it is minor. just in case it becomes a problem.

That's CRAZY! I already mentioned it on facebook, but I'm glad you're alive to tell us about the accident. Slowly experiment with your shoulder's range of motion, and then ice it for 10 minutes or so.
