FIRST. I have instant cast for EVERY SPELL. There is no wait.

Second: my shield has the golden thief bug card, which, EFF WHY EYE, blocks ALL MAGICSlow effect lvl 3? LOL. I have Agi Down lvl 10 as well as Agi UP lvl 10. So I slow you then fast myself ( ... )
