plan of action (food plan, exercise, etc): Well, I just bought the Biggest Loser DVD and have some good fitness equipment at home, my only trouble is getting up in the morning to work out. I plan on eating a lot of vegetables and fruits, and little to no simple carbohydrates. I am currently doing the SELF challenge.
