Summer is almost over and I feel I haven't done close to half the things I told myself and others I would be doing before I went back to school

I feel the same way. I never see my friends but I don't really attempt to for some reason. I haven't done the vast majority of the shit I told myself I would get done, but I haven't even been busy. Ah well. Shit happens. Or doesn't. Or something.

Yeahhhh, as far as I can see, most of us have entered the inevitable and inescapable Summer Vortex. That's what we get for still having three or four months off for no real reason.

I too have been sucked into the inescapable Summer Vortex. I wanted to hang out with everybody but it turns out I've just become my own best friend. Kinda like Barf from Spaceballs. Barf the "Mog"... half man, half dog... he's his own best friend! Okay I've gone on too long now... whatever. Summer has sucked blah blah blah
