I was also becoming aware of an urgent rapping on the windows of the back room. It was, of course, Michelle of the Resistance. Much more what I had come to expect from an urgent summons to the French windows, but not more welcome. "Iz e 'ere?" she hissed

I'd heard vampires were evil. I had had no idea till now how true that was.

LOL! *claps* That was excellent. (And 'Allo 'Allo is hard. It's not easy to write accents that dodgy.)

Thank you! (I thought I'd make it Michelle wiz zee accent mostly, on the assumption Spike speaks reasonable French with a load of slang. Also, I once tried writing Crabtree and it took me ages, for no funny result.)

Thanks! I've just realised I didn't use "you may be wondering why...", which were usually my favourite Rene introductions. But it was fun to be this silly nonetheless.
