Two tests.

But, uh, you can still have two tests and like.. four quizzes, 'cause technically quizzes aren't tests, so if the teachers always called them quizzes, then you could technically have a quiz every period in a single day.

I don't believe papers count towards the "two-test-a-day-rule" because it's not completed in school during a specific timeframe.
