Haha not quite. I did it in my bedroom at night with all the lights out under a thick black blanket. I always put the unrolled film into my film camera and wind it with the back open. This way I don't get any finger prints on the negative.
haha I go into my bathroom at night, put a towel under the door, bust it out and hodl it up really high and roll it as quick as possible.
heyyyy, how do you focus on the holga? do you bother messing with the lens or just leave it at one place. I'm bad at estimating and I don't know if it's even worth trying to get to know distance. some people say the focus ring on the holga is worthless.
Yeah I always focus and I have to say that on my camera it does make a difference. If I don't focus correctly things can get blurred. Mind you the focusing ring seems to be more forgiving of the wrong estimated distance to subject compared to other cameras.
aaahhh sprocket holes are so sexy. i love these. and a beautiful model too. :) i wish i had money lately to develop all these rolls of film sitting around.

A lot of my photos get compared to alice in wonderland and amelie which is a strange thing but really nice at the same time :)
